the staff were generally helpful .
The air conditioning in my room wasn't effective, so the temperature was uncomfortable. additionally, the furniture looked quite worn. The desk had several noticeable scratches and dents, i think (perhaps from previous guests). finally, the breakfast was disappointing. The options were limited and not very fresh.

mixed feelings after my stay
musty smellineffective air conditioning
the gym was alright, i suppose, but the lack of air conditioning made it almost unbearable to work out. i found that quite disappointing since it was advertised as a key feature. also, the location wasn't ideal (it was far from the old town), requiring a long walk or a taxi ride. the room itself had a musty smell (i didn't like it), and the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the room effectively. i probably won't stay here again.

The room I stayed in were very large and clean. The gym had a good selection of equipment, though it needs air conditioning. The pool was also nice and well kept. The hotel provided two water bottles daily and let me leave my bags after checkout, this was convenient.

The hotel restaurant features a menu with local cuisine and international dishes. Breakfast included several options but no buffet, you choose from the menu. The service were fast, they bring the meal on time.

My Beautiful King Room included a king-sized bed and ample space for luggage. The bathroom has good shower pressure and essential toiletries. I notice the hotel provide two complimentary water bottles each day.

The pool were clean and offered a relaxing spot. The gym featured various equipment for a full workout, it is very big.

The front desk staff were friendly, they assisted me with directions and taxi bookings. They offer advice on nearby attractions, i really appreciated that. The staff responded to requests promptly.

i liked the spacious room with a balcony. the fitness center had a good variety of equipment. the hotel provides drinking water daily and i found the staff helpful with directions. the outdoor pool was nice.
